Internet Cafe Tycoon ("the App") is a single-player simulation game developed and published by Muzaffer Usta ("we", "us", or "the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
Short version: the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All gameplay progress is saved locally on your device.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information of any kind. The App contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no telemetry, no crash reporting frameworks, no user accounts, and no login systems. We do not know who you are or how you play.
The App stores the following data exclusively on your own device, in the operating system's standard application storage:
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App removes it. We have no access to it.
The App offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full game after a free trial. All purchase transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their own privacy policies and terms. We receive aggregated, anonymised sales reports through App Store Connect and Google Play Console but no information about individual purchasers.
The App integrates no third-party services other than the platform-provided purchase systems described above. There are no advertising networks, attribution SDKs, social-media integrations, cloud-save providers, or external APIs.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no information at all, we have nothing to delete or restrict.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Saved game data on your device is fully under your control: you can reset it from the in-app Settings menu or by uninstalling the App.
If this policy changes in a future version of the App, the updated policy will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be summarised in the App Store release notes.
